All prices on this site are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP or £). VAT is not charged. Postage is added on top of this amount unless other wise stated.

We accept major credit and debit cards from Visa and MasterCard through Google Checkout and PayPal. Using Google Checkout, your card will not be charged until we have accepted your order and are ready to dispatch and then only for the goods actually dispatched (PayPal payment is charged at the time of order). Any shortages will be charged when they come into stock and are sent to you. In such circumstances you will only pay one delivery charge. Red Dog Racing reserves the right to decline an order at our discretion. If we decline an order, it will be without charge to you.

Orders made through this website will be processed by Google Checkout or PayPal on their secure servers protected by SSL (secure socket layers). This means all data passed between you and Google/PayPal is encrypted preventing interception by hackers. We do not have access to your bank details.

In stock items are normally dispatched within 24 hours of you placing an order, and you should receive the goods 1-3 working days after ordering.

If we do not have an item in stock we will contact you to let you know an expected delivery date. You will also have the option to cancel your order if you prefer.

All items that have been attempted to be delivered by Royal mail, will be held at the appropriate Royal Mail sorting office for 15 working days, and then returned to Red Dog Racing. All undelivered returned items will be charged the appropriate postal costs for redelivery.

Lost items will only be deemed lost after 15 days has passed. Items that are deemed as lost by Royal Mail will be resent to our customers at our expense.

If it is within the UK, your order will be sent First class delivery by Royal mail. The cost is worked out in the basket on the site from the weight of the part(s) to be sent and includes a small cost for packing. You will see the full cost including delivery before you go to Google for payment.

For orders outside the UK and depending upon your country, you will be offered either Royal Mail Airsure (from 2 days) or Royal Mail International Signed for (from 3 days). Postage and packaging are again calculated on this site based upon the package weight and the final cost will be added once you login to chosen payment method.

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. All the goods supplied by Red Dog Racing are backed by a full 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects but does not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc.

If you have an issue you would like to raise with us, whether it be with the service we offer or a problem with a product, please contact us using one of the methods shown at the top and we will endeavour to resolve your problem as quickly as we can.

Red Dog Racing conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by mail order. We offer a flexible returns policy and we will refund or exchange any item purchased.

You can cancel your order anytime before or up to 14 days after receipt for whatever reason. All we ask is that you ensure that they are returned back to us in the condition in which they were received and we strongly recommend that insurance is taken out on expensive items during transit back to us.

The purchaser will be liable for the cost of returning the goods but we will refund your original payment for the items purchased and for delivery to you.

Occasionally, we all make mistakes and if we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Goods must be in original packaging.
• Goods must not have been fitted or used.
• You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card.
• Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form.

Please contact us before returning goods as sometimes problems can be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned:-

• Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil.
• Goods must be accompanied with completed returns form.
• Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered but we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as quickly as possible.

This website is provided for use only for viewing by an end user so that they are able to find enough information about a product in order to make a purchase.

Whilst we always strive for accuracy on the site, errors can occur and specifications may change without prior notice. If in doubt please ask and we will resolve any uncertainty. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product. See our returns policy above.

The Red Dog Racing web site uses cookies solely to keep track of your basket. The cookie is a very small text file and is deleted once you close your web browser.

The Data Protection Act 1998 applies. You may write to the data controller at our place of business above, in order to query what data is held about you. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.

Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

The web site as a whole and all content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, pictures, material, code, intellectual property, etc is the property of Red Dog Racing and/or it’s associates and is protected by United Kingdom and International copyright laws.

The taking of any content or prices by automated processes, such as spidering, will be deemed as a breach of copyright and is expressly forbidden except where specifically agreed with Red Dog Racing or where Red Dog Racing had expressly requested the process.

Red Dog Racing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Red Dog Racing shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
