Returns Policy

Red Dog Racing conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by mail order. We offer a flexible returns policy and we will refund or exchange any item purchased.

You can cancel your order anytime before or up to 14 days after receipt for whatever reason. All we ask is that you ensure that they are returned back to us in the condition in which they were received and we strongly recommend that insurance is taken out on expensive items during transit back to us.

The purchaser will be liable for the cost of returning the goods but we will refund your original payment for the items purchased and for delivery to you.

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• We make no charge for returns: there is no restocking fee.
• Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
• Goods must not be fitted or used.
• All Goods must be accompanied by a Completed Returns Form.
• We will credit the card you originally used for the purchase through Google. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

Occasionally, we all make mistakes and if we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.

• You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card.

Please contact us before returning goods as sometimes problems can be solved without you incurring postage costs. But if the goods do need to be returned:-

• Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil.
• Goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
• Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered but we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as quickly as possible.
