About Red Dog Racing

Red Dog is a small business based in the North East of England with a background in automotive engineering and product design. I ride mountain bikes myself with a group of friends and we have been using hydraulic brakes on our bikes for a good many years now.

Having worked for a time for Lucas Girling (as it was then) and worked on brake design, I have a reasonable grasp on hydraulic braking systems.

I hope that the information on this site is useful to you and that when you need to bleed your Avid or Formula brakes you will consider Red Dog Racing bleed kits as the natural cost effective alternative.
